Shinobu displays a bright, friendly and cheerful demeanor, always having an easygoing smile on her face regardless of the situation she is in. However, her outward behavior is shown very quickly to be a façade.

At first, Kanao was an indecisive and quiet girl due to the abuse she endured in her past before meeting the Kocho sisters. She became unable to make decisions by herself and repressed her emotions as a defense mechanism. In order to help rectify this, Kanae gave her a coin to flip to decide which path to follow when she didn't know what to do.

All our paintings are made on an per order basis. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be printed and processed. You can learn more about our shipping rates in our Shipping Policy or at checkout.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All customers according to the law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at info@artbygm.com to get the address for shipping back your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven't started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it. (fulfilment takes 1-2 days). 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a $35 CAD fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
